Bob started his career at Granite Construction, estimating and building large projects in the Western United States. He then joined Hunter Contracting working in several roles within the company, but always maintained a “Bid it – Build it” presence in estimating and operations. Bob leads the organization in pricing the work that Hunter performs and oversees marketing and construction sales efforts. He has a passion for creating excellence and strives for perfection in what we do. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the ASU Del E. Webb School of Construction and enjoys working with the university and students. Bob serves as President of ASPE Chapter 6 for the American Society of Professional Estimators. When not at work, can be found supporting Plasma Robotics, Mesa AZ First Robotics teams.

Marcus Ferguson

Marcus Ferguson is an estimator working at PWI Construction since 2020. Marcus was born and raised in the Phoenix Valley. He went to the University of Arizona and studied within the Terry J. Lundgren Center for Retailing. This sparked an interest in retail building and design. Marcus has been a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators since 2020.

Eric Molinar graduated from the Del E Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University. In 2018, after 17 years in Operations with a General Contractor, Eric switched roles to Estimating. Currently Eric is an Estimator at Mortenson. Eric joined the ASPE in 2018. Eric was appointed Treasurer in 2022.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mark is deeply engaged in industry associations. He has been a dedicated member of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) since 2010, contributing to the organization's mission of promoting excellence and professionalism in the field of estimating. Mark's commitment to advancing industry knowledge is exemplified by his voluntary leadership as Chair of the Chapter's Construction Conditions Panel Discussion, demonstrating his passion for sharing insights and fostering dialogue within the construction community.
